If you’ve ever worked in an agency setting, or any B2B setting, you know that one of the best feelings in the world is the moment you land a new customer. When you land a new customer, however, the work is just beginning. This is not the time to put your feet up and ponder how you ever became such a good salesperson. It is time to begin the on-boarding process for this new client! This is not a terribly complex process, but it is a critically important one, especially when you land two or three new clients in a short period of time.
